Join the Villas at Herscher Annual Community Scarecrow Contest for a chance to win a pizza party for up to 30 people! 🍕 Whether you want to promote your business, spotlight your organization or create a fun family project, all are welcome to enter.

🌾 Register by September 18
🌾 Set up September 26–October 4
🌾 Scarecrows will be displayed throughout October
🎃 Winner is based off community voting and will be announced on Halloween!

We’ll provide the post to attach your scarecrow to—you bring the creativity!

Sadly, with the lack of rain, the sunflowers are looking very wilted and our season has ended. Thank you to everyone who visited our sunflower field this year!🎉Closed for the year, but looking forward to another beautiful field next year! Always in honor of Papa !🙏❤️🌻

Happy wedding week to our sweet Lizzie! 💍🌻

Rick and Lizzie got engaged in the sunflower field in 2024, and this weekend they’ll return to say “I do” and take their wedding photos among the sunflowers!

FRIENDLY REMINDER‼️
As we prepare for their special day, please avoid the roped-off area. We have seen many people disregard all the signs we have put up around the field. We kindly ask that you do not enter, take photos, cut, or pick flowers from this section so we can preserve it for the wedding.

We know the field has welcomed many visitors and is beginning to look a little like an ant farm with all the trails! Some flowers are also starting to wilt and become slim pickings, but we kindly ask everyone to continue respecting the property and our wishes. We’re hoping the rain in this week’s forecast will perk up the field so even more people can enjoy it this weekend!

Thank you to everyone who has tagged us in photos or shared them through Messenger. We love seeing you enjoy papa’s beautiful legacy! 💛🌻

The sunflowers have officially bloomed and are ready for everyone to enjoy! 🌻

Come take photos, pick a few beautiful blooms, and help us continue celebrating our papa’s legacy!

Our feild may look a little different this year as we prepare for a family wedding. Please do not enter the roped-off area or pick flowers from that section, as those blooms are being reserved for the wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 💛

A few reminders before visiting:

🏡 Please respect the field and surrounding property
🐝 Be mindful of the bees, We are not responsible for any accidents!
🐈‍⬛Our cat may greet you, please don’t take her home with you!
