I haven’t been posting much shop progress since we were at a standstill with the health department but they’re coming out for their first inspection this afternoon! All equipment is onsite and we’re ready to decorate! Hopefully we’re granted an opening date in the next week or two 🤞🏻

We’re hiring! 🎉 I have an immediate need for early mornings. We will be open Tuesday through Friday 5:30am-5pm and Saturday 7am-2pm. Please provide availability when requesting an application! This is a part time position.

Barista

Pour Decisions Coffee & Bakery

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Barista to join the Pour Decisions team! Our baristas are an important part of creating the welcoming, fun atmosphere we want every customer to experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, lattes, cold brews, teas, and other specialty beverages
• Follow recipes to ensure drinks are consistent and high quality
•Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Take orders and accurately operate the POS system
• Keep the bar, counters, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized
• Restock cups, syrups, milk, ingredients, and other supplies throughout the shift
• Assist with opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace
• Barista or food-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Physical Requirements

This position may require standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying supplies and equipment during shift.
