Help Us Build a Place to Gather - An Invitation to Partner with Manasseh Valley Farm
“Second Blessings Market” Yard Sale and Cookout - Saturday, August 15, 2026, 11am-3pm
We're excited to announce this year's fundraiser: “Second Blessings Market at Manasseh Valley Farm”!
We invite you to partner with us as we continue preparing a place where people can gather, grow, experience God's love, and be reminded of His faithfulness.
The name Manasseh means "God caused me to forget all my troubles." That is the heart behind Manasseh Valley Farm. We pray this will always be a place where people can step away from the burdens of everyday life, experience God's peace and healing, build meaningful relationships, and leave encouraged, refreshed, and reminded that He is faithful.
Over the past three years, God has faithfully provided through the generosity of others. Every table and chair we've used has been lovingly donated, many of them dining room tables and chairs that have welcomed guests for fellowship gatherings, community meals, guest events, and countless moments of ministry. We are deeply grateful for those gifts, as they have carried us through this season and helped lay the foundation for all that God continues to do through the ministry of Manasseh Valley Farm.
As the ministry continues to grow, we have reached a point where we need a more flexible way to use the space God has entrusted to us. The dining room tables and chairs that have served us so well are often difficult to move, rearrange, and store between events. Folding tables, folding chairs, and storage carts will allow us to quickly transform the space for Bible studies, community meals, retreats, outreach events, and other ministry opportunities while continuing to welcome people with hospitality and excellence.
Our Fundraising Goal: $4,200
To purchase folding tables, folding chairs, and storage carts that will help us better steward our space, adapt it for a variety of ministry needs, and welcome more people for years to come.
Every prayer, every volunteer, every donated item, every vendor, every silent auction contribution, and every financial gift helps make that vision possible.
If you feel led to partner with us, there are several ways you can help:
* Most importantly, we're asking for your prayers.
Please pray that God continues to guide this ministry, provide every need, and use Manasseh Valley Farm to be a place where lives are changed and Christ is glorified.
* Donate Items to Our "Second Blessings Market" yard sale.
We're collecting gently used and new items for our Second Blessings Market, where every purchase will help support the ministry of Manasseh Valley Farm.
We welcome donations such as:
• Furniture
• Home décor
• Kitchen and household items
• Clothing and shoes
• Baby and children's items
• Toys and games
• Books
• Tools
• Outdoor and garden items
• Seasonal décor
• And other quality items in good condition
Your gently loved treasures can become a blessing to someone else while supporting the ministry of Manasseh Valley Farm.
* Businesses, Vendors, & Community Partners – Participate as a Market Vendor to donate proceeds
If you own a business, provide a service, create handmade products, or simply feel led to support our ministry, we'd love for you to partner with us and participate as a vendor in our Second Blessings Market.
This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business while supporting the ministry of Manasseh Valley Farm. Vendors will sell their own products or services throughout the event. We're not asking anyone to lose money. Instead, we're inviting those who feel led to donate their time for the day and, after covering their business expenses through their sales, donate all or a portion of their profits to support the ministry.
Every gift, regardless of size, is deeply appreciated.
If you are a licensed food-service provider, we welcome any donations for our food table as well!
If God places it on your heart to participate as a vendor in the Second Blessings Market, please let me know as soon as possible so we can chat about the details, as vendor space is limited.
* Donate to Our Silent Auction
We're also seeking businesses, artisans, and individuals willing to donate items, gift baskets, gift certificates, experiences, or services for our Silent Auction.
Some ideas include:
• Gift certificates
• Gift baskets
• Handmade items
• Home décor
• Spa or salon services
• Photography sessions
• Restaurant gift cards
• Event tickets
• Professional services
• Vacation or lodging stays
• Lessons or classes
• Specialty products
• Unique experiences
Every donated item helps move us one step closer to reaching our $4,200 goal.
All businesses who participate on the day of the event, or donate items for the silent auction, will be showcased on our Manasseh Valley Farm website and page.
* Financial Gifts
If you'd simply like to make a financial contribution toward purchasing tables, chairs, and storage carts, every donation—large or small—is deeply appreciated and will directly support this project.
* Volunteer Your Time
We're also looking for helping hands to make the Second Blessings Market a welcoming and enjoyable day for everyone.
Volunteers are needed to assist with:
• Grilling hamburgers and hot dogs
• Monitoring and refreshing food tables
• Directing cars
• Monitoring the Second Blessings Market tables
• Assisting with the Silent Auction
• Greeting guests
• Helping with setup and cleanup
Whether you can serve for a couple of hours or the entire event, we are extremely grateful for any amount of time you can give.
* Live Musicians - must be self-accompanied
Please let me know asap if you are interested or know someone who might be. You can volunteer for as much or as little time as you want.
* Loan Pop Up Tents, Tables, and Chairs for the Day
We will be selling almost all of our current table and chairs as part of the Second Blessings Market. If you have pop up tents, folding tables, folding chairs, picnic tables, or lawn chairs that we can borrow for the day, please let us know! We'll need them for the event and would greatly appreciate your generosity. Tents, tables, and chairs must be dropped off and picked up.
Every table tells a story.
Help us set the table for the stories God has yet to write.
