Details, details, details!!
This is a homemade lemon & strawberry cream tart cake! The cake is actually a lemon shortbread cookie with REAL strawberry whipped mascarpone frosting!! Mmmmm!!
I made pink & yellow chocolate molds of flowers & butterflies (the light pink is strawberry chocolate), with little lemon yellow & strawberry pink frosting stars. I also combined the lemon & strawberry frosting to create the rosettes! Let's not forget the chocolate covered strawberries & beautiful rose buds to finish this delicious beauty!!
