Kansas City Style BBQ | BIG Flavor, BIG Wins
We bring the bold, sweet, smoky, saucy, and sticky vibes of KC BBQ to every rack, bite, and plate.

Our championship-winning rubs & sauces have taken home many great honors—and we’re just getting started. Bigshow Bbq Company was started just this year by Joe Hasenstaub. After 12 years in the Bbq business, I have decided to "Go Big" and bring my talents to the table. We are a competition bbq team that travels throughout the country, bringing the best Kansas City style Bbq to the rest of the US. BIG presentation, BIG flavors, and BIG fun.
