Minnesota does not play about cubed steak! 🥩
After our pop-up at , people were insisting we try it with Gojo’s teriyaki sauce. So we picked some up from a local butcher ($8/lb 👀) and made it for a family dinner!
At first we assumed that it was steak cut into cubes, but we were wrong. Have you ever tried cubed steak?

Tried cubed steak for the first time 🥩

After our pop-up at Coborn’s, Minnesotans would NOT stop recommending it with Gojo’s teriyaki… we hadn’t heard of it at first, but we were intrigued. So I grabbed some from my local butcher ($8/lb!!) and made it for dinner for my family!

Be honest Minnesota… did I do you proud?
