Do you make Rainbow cookies? I haven’t been able to find them in the KC area. I love them but only get them when visiting family in NYC.
Thank you for all help you were able to provide in creating a special treat for my company luncheon. My teammates enjoyed the cookies. The pricing was very reasonable. I didn't want to give my team something that you could find at Homegood's or Walmart, so I decided to shop local and support Scola's Cookies.
Paula was able to work with me in creating a special sample box for my team. Each box had about 5 cookies for them to enjoy after the luncheon. Received many compliments and many "I will be going there.". Looking forward to working with them again.

There are only a few moments that life gives you where you are able to pause, take everything in, and realize you are living moment that will become a memory you will cherish for years. When my best friend got married in July, it was one of those moments. We have been by each others sides not only for the best moments in life, but the hard ones also.

I took some of my wedding cookies from Paula and TJ’s wedding with me to Indy for work this week and shared them with my work crew… no pics, but you have some very happy people in Bloomington, IN enjoying them! So much they asked for more when I’m back in December!! I’ve created long distance cookie monsters!! ❤️
I love Italian Cream cake, my Aunt made this for me for many years before she passed away. Once she was gone I started making it for myself on my birthday. It is a difficult cake to get just right.
Earlier this summer my husband and I discovered Scola's and fell in love with their amazing cannoli's. I knew I just needed them to make my birthday cake this year! Such a great decision because this is amazing cake, so moist and delicious. The icing is like velvet too!

Sour cream raisin pie is one of my dear dad's favorite pies. For years I wouldn't taste that pie at reunions, because to me, sour cream and raisins? Nope.
Finally I tried it one day and it IS amazing. Who knew?!?! My dad lives in a small town with minimal pie options. When I found Scola's last week and asked if they could please make a raisin sour cream pie, they fulfilled my dad's favorite dessert. I promise, they made the BEST version of the pie my dad has ever tasted. Thank you Scola's. You've earned repeat customers! Can you make us a killer key lime pie, next? Lol!
