A couple of our favorite photos. ❤️

Nani with Johnny Joe, Linda, Paula and neapolitans, teaching, baking, and sharing the traditions that would eventually become part of Scola's.

Long before the bakery, there was family gathered around a table, dough being rolled out, recipes being shared, and memories being made.

While we're missing her deeply, we're grateful that her recipes, traditions, and love continue to live on through every batch of cookies we make.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Linda Scola, our beloved Nani, who passed away peacefully this morning surrounded by her family.

Our bakery will remain open during our normal business hours. We are incredibly grateful for our amazing employees, whose support and dedication mean so much to us during this difficult time.
