While we didn’t receive specific confirmation yesterday, we were recently told that the first day above 40 degrees this week would signal an extraordinary increase in the amount cement trucks coming in and out of the development on 17th and Madison. This will likely affect parking and overall traffic flow around that corner, and perhaps further down by the school. We suggest avoiding that general area if you can at all help it. If we receive any further updates, we will pass those along.
