Hoppy beer alert! Our taps are still flowing with multiple hoppy beers at both locations but we are sold out of CANS of IPA & DIPA until Tuesday. And we’ll be plenty restocked after Tuesday. Lots of lager, kölsch & English Mild in cans currently. 🍻

Brewed with a blend of quality German pilsner malts and hops. Cold conditioned and quaffable as can be.

On draft & in cans to-go at both locations with a few special offerings at BKS Crossroads.

🔄 Tonight (Thursday) - $5 full draft pours of 5th Season Kölsch during reverse happy hour from 6p to close at our Crossroads location.

🔘 Kölsch Style Service - Saturday 9/5 is our next Kölsch style Service at BKS Crossroads! With our version of Kölsch style service, you can enjoy our 5th Season Kölsch served multiple ways.

1. Individually served in .2L Stange glasses (7oz pour)
2. Purchase a coaster to get 5 Stange pours of Kölsch
3. Get a full Kölsch Kranz serving tray (holds 11 Stange glasses) to share with friends.

We have beer! 2 hoppy ales & 2 lagers from Pivo Project. Cans available at both BKS spots.

🟠 CIRCLES AROUND CITRA (DDH Waimea) - Hazy IPA - brewed with pale malts, wheat and oats and double dry hopped with Citra and New Zealand Waimea.

🏝️ DOUBLE ISLANDS - Hazy DIPA - brewed and double dry hopped with 100% New Zealand hops. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka are prominently showcased with accenting doses of Riwaka and Rakau.

A couple of Ron’s being released today (8/15) for our annual HOT DOG RON party!

🌭 HOT DOG RON - Hazy IPA - Named after a friend who just can’t get enough hot dogs. This year’s batch features a hop blend of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Riwaka.

🕶️ GRANDPA RON - Hazy Double IPA - Grandpa’s back and, as usual, taking no prisoners while grilling. Double dry hopped with heavy hand of Citra, Comet, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka.

Draft pours & cans to-go at both BKS locations when we open at 1pm.

It’s been years since we’ve had this in the lineup. Named after some lovely feedback from a special person, but also a tribute to our long since gone pup (Nelson) who loved his walks and street signs. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Simcoe and Krush.

🏝️ SOUTH ISLAND TRIPLE - Hazy Triple IPA - brewed with a blend of pale malts, wheat and oats and triple dry hopped with all New Zealand hops. This batch features our newly selected crop year of Nelson Sauvin along with accenting doses of Peacharine, Southern Cross and Riwaka.

🌊 SINGLE CURRENT (Strata) - West Coast style IPA - one of our favorite WCIPAs from last year returns. Brewed and dry hopped exclusively with Strata. Strata is a foundational hop for our WCIPA program and, more often than not, makes its way into almost all of our West coast style beers. Come wrap your mind around the pink fruit, pineapple, citrus and sweet pine notes of Strata.

🍊 CONCENTRATED - Hazy IPA - concentrated citrus character courtesy of our Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin & Krush hop blend.

4th one is a Czech style Dark Lager from Pivo Project!
