Lots going on this week! 4 beers being released, a rare case special & multiple watch parties.

**CASE SPECIAL** 15% off when you buy six 4pks (or more) of cans to-go. In person at both locations and on the BKS online store when you enter code “WORLDCUP”. Online order pickup in Brookside only.

Our beers this week:

🌞 TILT (Summer Solstice) - Hazy DIPA - double dry hopped with a blend of hops to bring out aromas and flavors of the Summer season. Notes of exotic tropical, citrus, and stonefruit.

🎨 COLORS IN YOUR MIND - West Coast style IPA - brewed with a blend of pale malts and dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra and Columbus hops.

🌊 PACIFIC SPECIFIC - Hazy IPA - brewed with pale malt, wheat and oats and dry hopped with Pacific NW and New Zealand hops.

🌾 PERFECT LAWN - Unfiltered Pale Ale - built like a West Coast pale ale, sessionable at 5% ABV, and left unfiltered to showcase dry hopping with Mosaic and Strata.

Weekend events:

🇺🇸 Fri 6/19: USA vs Australia watch party - 2pm kickoff. Both locations open at 1pm with $5 American Pils pints all day. Sandwiches available onsite from Heirloom Bakery & Hearth.

🇩🇪 Sat 6/20: Crossroads location open at 12pm with Kölsch Style Service all day. Germany vs Ivory Coast watch party - 2pm kickoff. (Crossroads only)

🌊 LIL CHUR - Unfiltered New Zealand style Pale Ale - 5% abv hoppy little crusher. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and Mosaic Cryo.

🌥️ CLOUDS - Hazy DIPA - our GABF medal winner that recently scored a 96/100 in the annual IPA issue is back! Double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Waimea.

🛸 SPACE NELSON - Hazy IPA - dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Comet and accented with a blend of Citra, Columbus, and Riwaka.

🍺 PIVO PROJECT - CZECH STYLE PALE LAGER (6.9.26) - brewed with a blend of German and Czech malts and 100% Czech Sladek hops.

🦤🥇WESTLAND - New Zealand IPA - another one of our gold medal winners from this year’s . Built similar to a West Coast IPA and dry hopped with a blend of New Zealand and Pacific NW hops.

🪐 GALACTIC ESCAPISM (Blue Label) - Hazy DIPA - double dry hopped with Comet, Citra, Motueka, Rakau and Waimea hops.

🍭 COUNTERCULTURE - Hazy IPA - back in cans and featuring a dry hop blend that’s always Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.

🇺🇸 PIVO PROJECT - AMERICAN PILSNER
Brewed with American pilsner malt and a balanced blend of noble hops. Fermented with a distinctive, well-known, American lager yeast that delivers a crispy, clean, easy drinking pils!

🗓️ Open Monday 5/25 from 1 to 6p in Brookside. Crossroads closed on Monday. Normal hours otherwise.

UPDATE: Water is back on so we will be open on Monday at our Brookside tasting room. Crossroads open Monday too!

Our Brookside location currently has no water due to a water main break!! 💦 We will be selling cans to-go only until the water comes back on today (Sunday 5/17).

Our East Crossroads tasting room is open as usual with 16 taps flowing and to-go beer too. (1701 McGee St., Suite 400, KCMO).
