How cool is this?!

Part of our team just wrapped a trip through Egypt, Greece, and Turkey, visiting some of the farms and growers behind our organic herbs and spices. Walking the fields, asking questions, seeing it firsthand.

The highlight? Gina riding along on a tractor, tilling an oregano field. She grew up around farming (her family still farms today), so she says it felt a lot like coming home.

We believe you should know where your food comes from. This is what that looks like with its boots on. 🌿🚜

Proof chili belongs in more than a bowl. 🌶️

These Ultimate Chili Stuffed Peppers are cheesy, hearty + packed with BIG flavor.

Here’s how to make ‘em 👇

ULTIMATE CHILI STUFFED PEPPERS

• 4-5 bell peppers any color, halved + seeded
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• Olive Oil
• Your favorite toppings

LET’S COOK

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Brown the beef with onion over medium heat until cooked through.
3. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and kidney beans; mix well.
4. Simmer 5-10 minutes until thick and saucy.
5. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread olive oil over foil.
6. Place peppers cut side up on the baking sheet and load up with chili and bake for 10-15 minutes.
7. Top with shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chili is heated through.
8. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
