Homemade Asian Stir Fry Sauce!

Keep this easy Stir Fry Sauce on hand and make a restaurant quality Asian stir fry dinner at home.
Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and the rest of the ingredients.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and ready to mix with your favorite stir fry vegetables, noodles, meat or seafood. Or let it cool and store in refrigerator for 3-5 days.

Note: use 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup per pan of stirfry (3-4 servings)
