🔥 Yeah, I'm still alive.

It's been a minute since I've posted over here — life has a way of keeping you busy. But Chop's Power Injectors hasn't been sleeping. Far from it.

I've spent the last couple of years locked in the cave — designing, testing, redesigning, and testing again. The goal has always been the same: build something that actually works the way a pitmaster needs it to work. No leaks, no frustration, no wasted marinade. Just clean, even injection every time.

And now? I've got some big news on the horizon.

🏬 A major retailer reached out about carrying Chop's Power Injectors. I'm working through the background logistics to see if we can make it happen — and if it does, it's going to be a game changer for getting these into the hands of more pitmasters who need them.

I'm not ready to name names just yet, but stay tuned. Things are moving.

I have spent 100s of hours getting these manifolds just right over the past 2 years. I taught myself how to use cad from the ground up. Now I am producing 100's of parts a day to stay in stock. It's the holiday season get your bbqr something they can use for years!

Post three of three for the day who knows I might get crazy and show a in use video later. Check out the other two posts below this one for more information about what I'm doing. To print these takes about 12 to 15 hours to get high quality repeatable parts.

One of 3 posts today. The end of 2023 brought up a problem with the threads not being strong enough in the manifolds. I'm addressing this issue and doing testing to make the strongest possible threads so that you have a manifold that'll last you years. If you got an injector in 2023 and the needle adapters are falling out please send me a picture and an email with your order number so we can get you back up and running again quickly.

Got a new machine working out some issues from the clear heads. This are coming out with a great finish and really strong.

To piggy back off my last post. We found the thread tap we were using for the past few batches was the wrong thread pitch. It's unknown how many injector heads were effected by this mistake. We have started correcting what we have in stock and have plenty of replacement manifolds in stock and will be able to send them out immediately. Email me your address and order number. I have made some changes trying to keep wait times down and costs. I redesigned the needle protector holder last year along with the manifold and I make them all in house like the first years over 10 years ago!
