Super fun brunch, bubbles, and book exchange yesterday! We had perfect weather and it was great to spend my Saturday in such wonderful company!!

We had quiche, danish, cinn rolls, fruit, cheese, all the things … and yes, the algorithm got me and I bought the silicone mold to make frozen OJ roses for the mimosas - how freaking cute?!

I’m tasked with creating a signature cocktail for derby-themed fundraiser so tonight I made a lemon-mint simple syrup to play with as I explore flavors … wish me luck!

We visited Royal Mansion - Restaurant & Bar during their soft open period and were blown away - the most incredibly delicious dishes, fantastic drinks, and the service/staff were wonderful - we are so excited to have this fabulous little place so close!

This is freaking incredible, the dressing is seriously amazing BUT! how dare grocery delivery bring me edamame I had to shell, myself, by hand! claiming the reg kind I get was out of stock - don’t mind me over here bitching like I’m churning butter after milking the cow - ugh why even give me modern conveniences if you’re just going to take them away!?!!

New restaurant alert!!!
Royal Mansion - Restaurant & Bar in Bedford is not quite open yet but we snuck in during their soft open period and had the most incredible drinks and food - omgoodness their Chicken 65 is the best we’ve had in the area - also had the peanut salad and chicken tikka masala with butter naan - so so so so good!!
The bartender was amazing, entire service staff so friendly and wonderful - go check them out asap!
