Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant in the amount of $3,000 to Safe Harbor Northshore. The grant request was submitted by Jennifer Rabalais, Gulf Coast Division Support Center teammate.

Safe Harbor Northshore is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and their children across Louisiana's Northshore communities. Through emergency shelter, crisis intervention, advocacy, education, and ongoing support services, Safe Harbor helps individuals and families find safety, stability, and hope during difficult times. Their work not only empowers survivors but also strengthens communities by promoting awareness and helping break the cycle of domestic violence.

Our Oklahoma City Division Support Center teammates and their families recently enjoyed a great Family Day at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, cheering on the Oklahoma City Comets!

The evening was filled with baseball, family fun and time spent together as employees and their loved ones connected outside of work and made lasting memories at the ballpark. From exciting moments on the field to great conversations in the stands, it was a fantastic way to celebrate the people who make our AWG family so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Oklahoma City DSC Family Day a success. We appreciate the employees and families who support AWG every day!

We were proud to be part of the recent FMI (Food Industry Association) Supply Chain Forum in Kansas City!

Attendees enjoyed a tour of the AWG Kansas City Division Support Center warehouse for a firsthand look at our operations and investments in automation and technology. AWG Distribution & Logistics teammates Randy Boydston and Molly Telling also represented AWG on conference panels, sharing how automation and AI-enabled tools are helping advance our operations.

They also highlighted AWG’s participation in the fight against human trafficking in the U.S. by partnering with TAT (Truckers Against Trafficking). The Forum focused on empowering and strengthening grocery supply chains, and AWG was pleased to be part of the conversation.

Blood Cancer United is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to curing blood cancers and improving the quality of life for patients and their families through research, patient support, and advocacy. Building on more than 75 years of impact, the organization funds life-saving research, provides free education and support services, and advocates for access to quality, affordable care.

Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant in the amount of $3,000 to the Starfish Project Foundation in Olathe, KS. The grant request was submitted by Katy Winget, an AWG Support Center teammate.

The Starfish Project Foundation's mission is to provide a safe central point where people can come together to inspire, empower, and serve their community. The organization rescues surplus food, clothing, and household goods from commercial waste streams and redirects them to people in need, preventing millions of dollars of usable resources from going to local landfills.
