Guess what time it is??

Comp weekend!!! The Beast is loaded and ready to go! We're making the 30 minute trek across town to Kansas City, Ks for the Knights of Columbus Smoke 4 Life bbq. Always a fun competition and filled with some of bbq's heavy hitters.

We've had a couple months off from Kcbs competitions and ready to get back at it.

First, we have to drop off a catering job. Always working!!
