Never throw your trim away, make it useful.

1) make tallow easy way :oven 275 chop trim into cubes, put in oven safe pan covered with foil. 2 hours in oven,strain and boom a great cooking oil keep refrigerated
2) save for burger grind, brisket trim in fresh grind is delicious. I know not everyone has a meat grinder, however Amazon has some solid affordable options.
3) use for making sausage, will have content on how to do
