Alright, we’re HOME, unpacked, and headed straight for the shower because after a hot weekend in a parking lot cooking BBQ… we are RIPE. 🤮😵‍💫

This weekend was our first 4-meat Masters cook together, and everything went smooth!

🐔 7th Chicken
🏆 1st Ribs out of 33 teams — earning us ANOTHER World Invitational! 🎟️🔥
🐷 18th Pork
🐮 17th Brisket
💨 13th Overall

Definitely some things to clean up, but for our first Masters cook together, we’ll take it! Had a blast as always cooking next to Slaughter House BBQ Nothing like crashing a parking lot on a HOT weekend and chasin’ calls 🔥

This weekend was made for KC, a competition where the best of the best battle for the restaurant in KCI airport. Cooked on team Smoke Sergeant BBQ this week Cory Bussart and I are happy with our cook. It went very smoothly, felt like we turned in some great boxes. Sometimes it just doesnt work out. We're happy to see our buddies get calls and walk some big calls. Congratulations Weekend Bum BBQ on the RGC! Super happy for ya man And Joe Ricklefs on that huge brisket call. Greg Hastie on the big chicken win. Congrats to Brock with the Rib call. You know how it goes, win, lose, or whatever, we bring the camera along through a little of our cook. Neighbors mentioned a while back that they LOVE brisket… so with a rare weekend off from competition, I figured I’d put the smokers to work and make them dinner!

Sent it over and got a comment card back saying “Best brisket we’ve ever had!” 🙌

I’ll take that call any day! 😂🏆
