Cake and Project Happiness LSMO at Be Free Family Farm tonight! Celebrating ten years of Project Happiness doing good in our community. Doors are open!

With a name like Project Happiness LSMO, how could we say no to their ten year celebration on August 1st? They wanted to do something nice for the farm, so if you have time, come hang out with us tomorrow while we all pitch in and clean out the high tunnel. Woo hoo! See you tomorrow morning!

📣 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 📣

We could use your help on Saturday, May 30th anytime from 9-Noon. Project Happiness LSMO is turning 10 and we are throwing a big party to celebrate!! We found a fabulous space that is willing to trade some work around the farm for us to celebrate our 10th birthday!!

We will be pulling/digging up w**ds, laying w**d barrier, bagging up trash and just leaving the place more AWESOME than when we arrived.

Please text me if you can give us a little time! We’ll gladly repay you with an AWESOME party on August 1st!!! We’ll have live music, grilled hot dogs, cake and so many happy people!!!

Text Jennifer if you can help: 816-878-7493

Heads up, sweet farm family! The bakery is going to be available again! 👩🏼‍🍳
Lots of changes at Be Free, but they're all good! Congratulations to Post Coffee Company on the purchase of their building! We will 100% miss them dearly!

Anyone looking for a certified bakery? Open to a commissary or new baker looking to expand from their current space!

Support brave beekeepers and buy local honey by Aron Boudreaux. Aron's honey is a high quality, single ingredient, nutrition packed food created by bees on our farm in Kansas City, Missouri.

🐝 Did you know that honey is an ancient healing regimen used for thousands of years?

🐝 Did you know that they've found intact, edible honey in tombs thousands of years old?

🐝 Did you know that honey is a powerful antioxidant, that it boosts the immune system, can promotes better digestion, and also help to regulate cholesterol and sugar levels? Sounds counterintuitive that a sweetener can regulate sugar levels, but that's because of all the beneficial healing compounds in a clean, local honey.

🐝 Did you also know that big box store honey is often heated to very high temps, killing all the beautiful enzymes that heal?

🐝 Did you know that some honey distributers ADD SUGAR and other nonsensical and unnecessary additives to honey?

🐝 Did you know that honey created locally to you, within a few hundred miles, contains more beneficial enzymes and specific local pollens to help you respond better for seasonal allergies?

Local = better.

This honey was grown by bees at Be Free Family Farm by Aron Boudreaux. Contact Aron for more information and to buy some.
