No bake pineapple cake:
So easy, so fast and so yummy
Ingredients:
-2 pack ladies finger
-2 can pineapple
-2 tsp gelatins powder
-2 or 300g pineapple yogurt
-2 cups heavy cream

•Brioche with Nutella
Fluffy, delicious and amazing dough

Ingredients:
-4 cups flour
-1 1/4 tsp yeast
-2 1/2 tbs sugar(you can add more)
-1/2 tsp salt
-3 1/2 tbs melted butter
-between 1 cup and 1 1/2 cups of milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract -1 egg
-1/5 cup warm water
Direction:
-In electric mixer combine flour, yeast and sugar.
-add vanilla, lemon zest and sugar in the butter
-dissolve the salt in the water
-add all the ingredients with 1 egg to the flour and mix for about 10 minutes (the dough should be elastic texture).
-put the dough in a bowl and cover and allow to rise for 1 hour or more.
-roll the dough, shape and cut.
-place a rtsp Nutella in the center and pinch it closed.
-arrange the balls around the perimeter of a cake pan.
-leave it to rise more 1 hour, after that brush the dough with the egg mixture,sprinkle some sugar with vanilla powder, and add it to a preheated oven at 400F for about 20 minutes or 350F to 40 minutes.

So easy and delicious carrot cake with frosting
Ingrendients:
Carrot Cake Recipe:
-1 cup walnuts
-2 1/2 cups carrots finely grated
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-4 eggs
-1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
-1 cup vegetable or canola oil
-2 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
-8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
-2 cups icing sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract.
•Instructions:

Carrot Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 180 degrees C, butter cake pan.
-Peel and finely grate the carrots.
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
In bowl of electric mixer beat the eggs until frothy (about 1 minute). Gradually add the sugar and beat until the batter is thick and light colored.Add the oil in a steady stream and then beat in the vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and beat just until incorporated. With a large rubber spatula fold in the grated carrots and chopped nuts.
- bake 30 minutes -Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Frosting: In bowl of electric mixer beat the cream cheese and butter, on low speed, just until blended with no lumps. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and beat, on low speed, until fully incorporated and smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract.

Grapefruit salad: fresh and easy salad
Ingrendients:
-arugula
1 grapefruit
1/2 red onion
Black olive
Fresh mint
Fresh basil
Salt and black pepper

Shrimp tacos:
For the marinade:
-2 tbs cilantro chopped
-1/2 lemon juice
-1 tbs olive oil
-3 tbs red onion finely chopped -1/4 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp chilli powder
-salt -1 clove garlic -1 LB shrimps •combine all the ingredients together and skewer the shrimps devided equally.
*For the salsa:
-2 avocados, 2tbs cilantro chopped, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 limon juice,salt,1 jalapeño minced.
•add all the ingrendients together and mix.
*for the sauce:
-4 tbs sour cream
-1/2 lemon juice
-salt and 1 tbs cilantro -6-8 fajitas or tacos bread

Pound cake with fruits:
INGRENDIENTS:
-1/2 cup butter room temperature.
-1/2 cup sugar
-3 eggs
-1/4 cup milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract -1 1/2 cup flour
-1/2 cup corn starch -3/4 cup dried fruits -1/4 cup orange juice -1 tsp baking powder - In a bowl combine the dried fruits. Stir in the orange juice.
-preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180D).
-spray with a nonstick vegetable spray, a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt.
In the bowl of your electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs,one at a time,and add vanilla extract.
-Add milk and dried fruits, along with 2 tbs orange juice, and beat until incorporated. Beat in half the flour mixture just until incorporated. Then beat in the milk and then the remaining flour mixture.
Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and, decorate the top of the cake with sliced or flaked almonds. Bake for about 60 - 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. -Remove from oven and let it cool.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:
-1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
-1/2 cup (205 grams) light brown sugar
-3 tbs white sugar
-1 egg, at room temperature
-1 tsp vanilla -3/4 cup flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins.
•Instructions:
-Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
-In the bowl of your electric mixer or hand mixer beat the butter until smooth. Then add the brown and white sugars and beat until creamy and smooth (about 2 - 3 minutes). -Then add the egg and vanilla and beat until it's mixed into the batter.
-In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt.
-Add this mixture to the batter and beat until incorporated. Stir in the rolled oats and raisins.
-use an ice cream scoop and place six cookies on each baking sheet. -Bake the cookies for about 14 - 16 minutes into preheated oven 350F.
-These cookies will keep several days at room temperature. They can also be frozen.
