As our family tries to process this tragedy and navigate through this incredibly painful time, we ask for grace, patience, and understanding with all business responses and communications.

After countless pop-ups, late nights, long prep days, festivals, catering events, setbacks, lessons, wins, and a whole lot of faith… we are officially taking the next step toward bringing Nacho Potato to the streets on wheels!

We launched our fundraiser to help make our food truck dream a reality. This journey has been built from the ground up with passion, resilience, community support, and a deep love for bringing people together through food.

We call these the Fountain City Athletic Nachos! White queso ALWAYS, ground beef seasoned to the GODS! The best elote you’ll ever bless your taste buds with, cotija cheese, sour cream, and topped off with jalapeños. What more could you really ask for?!
