Taken's Jerky Co.

BREAKING NEWS!

First is the unfortunate News: The company is officially pausing Jerky production until further notice. Why, you ask? Well, the Beef market is currently very unstable, and while I could increase my prices, it wouldn't align with my concept of an affordable premium product. This isn't the end, just a pause until the market stabilizes.

Now for the good news: Hot Sauces are still available! We will be continuing our Hot Sauce line, with new flavors to come later this summer. Hot Sauces will still be available online, with 3oz bottles available at Taps and Hops Eatery!

If you are a restaurant on Kauai looking to add some extra spicy flavor to your Tables or even your menu, DM us today!

In response to the evolving economic landscape, we’ve made the strategic decision to pause and reassess our company’s direction. This moment of reflection is not a retreat but a recalibration—an opportunity to realign our goals, reinforce our foundation, and position ourselves for sustainable growth. By stepping back with intention, we aim to emerge more resilient, focused, and ready to deliver greater value to our customers, partners, and team.

For further clarification regarding the rationale behind this decision, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am also available to accept custom orders.

We are anticipating the arrival of a new year, and we certainly hope for an improved economy, but a well-deserved respite is also necessary for the remainder of 2025!

Mango Tango Ghost offers a compelling flavor profile, combining the sweetness of mango with the heat of ghost pepper. This product is designed to deliver a balance of sweet and spicy notes and is a top-performing item within our product line.

The Garlic Vampire Killer is so far the spiciest flavor we offer, designed specifically to kill the vampires hiding in the shadows! JK, but no, seriously, if you like next level spice, this will be right up your darkest ally! 🧄🌶️🧛
