Directions

Meals on Main, Karlstad Senior Meals Senior Nutrition Program open to individuals 60 years and older. Participants can give free will donations or be billed monthly.

No one will be denied a meal due to inability to contribute.

Monday-Country fried steak, mashed potato/gravy, corn, ice cream

Tuesday-Tater-tot hotdish, fruited gelatin, Brownie

Wednesday- Onion baked pork chop, boiled potato/gravy, carrots, frosted cake

Thursday-Baked chicken, mashed potato/gravy, baked squash, cookie

Here is October's Newsletter. There is something that didn't make this edition. Morning chair exercises has gained a lot of interest, so we would like to continue them Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:45. This coming week, October 6th and 8th, Everette Englund has volunteered to run the class as Jan Berg will be gone.
