Last night was indeed a full kitchen night. 🔥

Lasagna fresh out of the oven (5.87 lbs of it), 18 breakfast burritos wrapped and ready, banana muffins, Shepherd's Pie, Creamy Chicken Casserole, Beef Stroganoff Casseroles, and Day Tripper bag lunches all done before we called it a night.

Today's breakfast burrito potatoes: cooked entirely in our Sun Oven. No propane, no electricity — just pure Alaskan sunlight doing the work. Salt-crusted, fluffy, and honestly some of the best russets we've made!

🥖 60 dinner rolls for a wedding — be still my baker's heart.

I got to bake a big batch of soft, buttery dinner rolls for a wedding this week, plus sent out some Beef Stroganoff, Shepherd's Pie, and breakfast burritos to a few lucky neighbors.

Oh yes! This happened this week! Fresh Krispy treats and jumbo cinnamon rolls! They weigh in at 10ozs. You too can have some of these! Give me text or a call. I can't wait to cook for you! For now, you can get these at TJ Seggys! Outside of Soldotna headed South.
