Watermelon Mint Cocktail Jellies are back! Full of flavor and dangerously easy to crush. 🍉🌿

Recipe (makes ~12 shots):

➡️ 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 7g)
➡️ 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold white grape juice
➡️ 2 Tbsp (30 ml) hot water
➡️ 6 oz (180 ml) Watermelon Mint Liqueur
🍉 Garnish: tiny watermelon wedge

Steps
1. Bloom gelatin in cold juice for 5 min.
2. Whisk in hot water until dissolved.
3. Stir in Watermelon Mint Liqueur (+ optional lime + pinch salt).
4. Pour into 12 cups. Chill 2+ hours.
