Her vision is to start a suburban Italian vineyard that pays homage to old world techniques and be a wealth of wine knowledge to Austin and the surrounding cities, eventually teaching up and coming wine experts.
Regional friendship and community turned a hobby into a passion. Emy realized that winemaking was in her blood after learning her great grandparents were winemakers in Sicily. She found passion in the intersection of Italian grape varietals and Texas regional terroir that exemplifies her recognition to her family history.
