You know when the heat index in Houston is 110+ and I'm sitting out at a Farmer's Market, once in a while I ask myself "why the heck am I still doing this?", and then the Good Lord reminds me.

A couple of weeks ago I'm at the market, it's super hot and really slow and a new customer walks up to me and says "I'm looking for a good salsa! I just bought brand X at the grocery store and I hate it!. I've also tried brand Y and I don't like it either."

And there I am, letting her taste everything we have and she walks away happy with a really good salsa that she can enjoy.

And that is why we keep doing this!
