Here are some photos from the SACC Houston Annual Crawfish Party (Kräftskiva) which was held at the end of October. Once again, Chef Søren Pedersen provided us with a fantastic meal! It was fun experiencing how the Swedes let loose in celebration with crazy hats, songs, food and aquavit! Skål!

We had a great time this week at the SACC Christmas party, enjoying the traditional Lucia Procession performed by the SWEA Children Choir, delicious food prepared by Chef Søren Pedersen, making and renewing friendships, and celebrating the evening with Valhalla Premium Aquavit!
