This was another fun project. Making the fruit was challenging but I enjoyed every minute of it. The Naked and Semi-Naked cakes are very popular.

Really enjoyed having Phillip at home for a few days. We took turns cooking some old favorites and even tried a few new dishes. His skills are so good now I’m considering retiring from the kitchen. He also made soy- garlic chicken and combination fried rice but I didn’t take any pictures of those.

Like I always say, I really do have the best clients in the whole wide world. They keep me current with the latest pop culture among other things. I had no idea who Dottie Doc McStuffins was until precious Leah needed a cake for her 2nd Birthday party.

I made Fleur De Lis cookies in two sizes and Pecan Pralines for the Martha’s Vineyard Mardi Gras party. The Pralines didn’t make it to the dessert table and the cookies lasted about 3 minutes. I’m happy they were so well received, LOL.
