Pasture to Plate is now taking orders for the first quarter of 2025. We offer whole and half steers. Our beef is fed a finishing ration for a minimum of 90 days, dry ages for a minimum of 21 days, and is vacuumed sealed. Custom processing is included in the $5.50 per pound on the hanging weight.
