We are sold out for the day. Thank y'all to everyone that stopped by today. Also sorry to anyone we missed at the end or if we didn't have what you wanted. For those that don't know we do a private lunch every Wednesday and usually finish up around 1:00 and then I head to Kaufman with what I have left and set up for a couple hours. So I apologize if we miss anyone or are out of certain things on Wednesday's. In the past Wednesday was always a slow day for us so we started doing the private lunch and then back to Kaufman with the limited menu of stuff we have left. I load up on everything for Thursday's at HTea0 so y'all can always get our full menu there. Thank y'all and we will see y'all tomorrow 🧡

Good morning everyone. I just wanted to say thank y'all to everyone that came by yesterday at HTea0 and out at the Sports Complex for dinner. Sorry if we missed anyone it was a busy day. Since we will be closed this Saturday I'll have the smoked bone in pork chops Thursday at HTeaO and smoked chicken plates Friday. I know the chicken has been going really quick so I'll make extra Friday for those that missed it last week. I'll post what we have left and when we are headed to Kaufman later this afternoon after we are finished with our lunch. Thank y'all

Alright y'all we are done at HTea0 and set up out at the Sports Complex for dinner. We aren't part of the event but we are still out here for our Sports people dinner. It was a busy day in town so I only have pulled pork for either sandwiches or loaded nachos. ⚠️Since I'm running low on stuff I'll do $10 sandwich plates with bbq beans and macaroni until we run out. We should be open right at 5:00 so y'all come see us. P.s. I have a wavy man now thanks to the wife. ☎️469-410-2668☎️

Alright y'all we are up and rolling at HTeaO Kaufman until around 4:00 today. Thank y'all for being patient this morning, my dang generator was acting crazy this morning but we are rolling now. Y'all come see us

10/06/2026

Hey sorry y'all I'm running a few minutes behind my generator didn't want to start this morning. Hopefully I'll be open by 11:55. Thank y'all

Hey y'all I don't say this to be rude and this will probably ruffle some feathers. 99.9% of our people are wonderful and I am extremely grateful that there are somedays people are waiting on us to open but please don't beat on my trailer when my window is closed. I try to get there a little early and when my window is shut I'm prepping and getting everything ready to open and serve y'all as fast as I can. Beating on the trailer and calling me over and over isn't going to get me to open any faster and half the time with the radio and fans and everything else I can't hear anything anyways. I try to be open by 11:35 for y'all everyday and if I'm running behind I always try to communicate that. Also why I'm here and if you can't tell by now I definitely use a lot of seasoning on all my food such as pepper, salt, garlic, paprika, sugar, butter, brisket fat and whatever else so if you aren't ok with that I'm sorry. I do not like sweet Bbq at all and that is what the desserts are for. I have my way of how I do all our Food and don't plan on changing it at all. So for those of y'all that are great keep being you and we really appreciate y'all and for those that aren't happy I got the complaint box out there for you 😂.
Thank y'all 🧡 Michael Ashworth

10/05/2026

Happy Monday everyone. We finally got some rain and now it's going to be a beautiful and sunny week. We will be closed again this Saturday so y'all come see us Tuesday-Friday this week. I'll be back at HTeaO Kaufman tomorrow 11:45 to around 4:00 and then out at the Sports Complex in the evening for dinner 5:30 to 8:00. Y'all come see us for your Bbq and 🧋. I know I haven't had it the past couple weeks but I will have fresh buttermilk pie this week also 🥧 and I will try to have pork chops Thursday and chicken plates Friday. Let's have a great week
