🦌 Hunting Season has once again arrived! 🦌

Returning like last year we will have two drop off locations we will be offering for whole deer and wild game. As of right now we accept whole deer/ wild game M-F 8am-5pm and Saturday’s 8am-noon.

Our location at Roskom’s Meats is during our business hours. (Until gun hunting then we will have more extended special hours) and our Hortonville cooler drop off. The cooler stored in Hortonville for deer/wild game drop offs will be transferred to Roskom Meats.

Please call Curtis at 920–840-2417 for exact address and to confirm drop off.
* *you only need to call for Hortonville Drop off spot and after hour drop offs.

Reminders on wild game trim! 🪿 🦌 🐻 🦆

🦌 All trim must be clean and bagged
🦌 10 # minimums on all products, unless ground
🦌 We do not give exact time frames on when wild game will be completed. We get orders filled as we receive them in by drop off date
🦌 All products are vacuum sealed
🦌 You do not need to call and reserve a time to drop off. Anytime during business hours we take it in.

Whole Deer drop offs please specify if you need horns saved or caping, we will not guess or save anything that isn’t specified.

‼️A FEW IMPORTANT UPDATES‼️

•Our front parking lot might be looking a little full with the extra traffic in the back of the building. But please know there’s room here for you! We are happy to announce we are adding on a Smoked Product Cooler! This new cooler space is crucial for us! This will provide spaces in our freezers now that we absolutely need! This new space will be where we package and store all products out of our smoke houses. Where we will be able to organize and fill orders without being in the way of other productions around the facility. We are so excited for this add on!

•As many of you know our sweet summer time has come to an end. Which means for us, all the fairs are wrapped up and completed! Which also means here is absolutely PACKED. We are honored and blessed that once again our team has completed a successful fair season. Without our wonderful customers in such an incredible organization of 4H and FFA far and wide, we couldn’t be more thankful to provide our services!

We ask kindly if you were given a call that any of your custom orders are complete, to please come at your earliest convenience. We remind you to please bring your own coolers or containers when coming to pick up. Our hours are always 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and 8am-Noon on Saturdays, closed holidays.

Today, at Roskom Meats, we take a time of silence to remember the lives lost, the hero’s who ran toward the danger, the strangers helping strangers, and our country coming together as one in unity as our nation was greatly impacted by horrific events.

25 Years ago remember where we were, remember the fear, the heartbreak, and the unknown.

May we take the day to remember, honor, and never forget.

Continue to honor the lives lost, their courage, and the sacrifices that followed one of the darkest days in US history.

It has been such a pleasure having Lindsey here for her summer internship. Being hands on learning all aspects of our facility, she has out shined her duties. Lindsey is an outstanding worker who strives on learning as much as she can when being taught. She’s gone head first into every task here and we can only hope she enjoyed it here just as much as we enjoyed having her! We cannot wait to see all the great things she will continue to do in furthering her education in the Agricultural Field!

Good luck this year Lindsey, we will miss your smiling face here!

Here comes that summer fair season, freezers are full reminder 😉‼️

Our freezers are completely full, baskets, carts, and space. We are asking if we called you to let you know your custom order is ready for pickup, you come at your earliest convenience.

To further production on our end we need to keep moving with filling baskets, carts and the freezers ☺️

We appreciate each and everyone of you for the continued trust and support during this busy fair season!

We are open 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, 8am-Noon Saturday and closed on Sundays.

As a reminder please bring your own coolers or containers for pick up.

New signage, same quality meat and service!

Huge shout out to Appleton Sign on creating us some new door appeal for our retail entrance. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The storefront now offers a welcoming touch of reminders on our business hours to all our customers near and far! Swing on by this week and check it out!

Another thing to check out this week is the amazing Outagamie County Fair! We are proud supporters of the 4-H, FFA and our surrounding communities! We thank them all for supporting us as well!

As we gear up for our busiest season of the year, we look forward to continuing serving our community with our agricultural services! We are proud to stand behind our team, customers, values and traditions that make 4-H and FFA what it is!
