Kahawai Farm

Kahawai Farm We’re a small farm in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. We mainly grow and sell premium Kona Coffee. We use no pesticides on our farm.

We also produce roasted macadamia nuts, small batches of chocolate, and jams made from guava and lilikoi (tropical passion fruit). Our coffee is grown at the prime coffee-growing elevation of 1800 feet above sea level, and in partial shade beneath macadamia nut trees. The coffee trees don't produce as much coffee in the shade, but we have found that our coffee ripens later and the beans are more dense than coffee grown in direct sunlight, giving a fuller, richer tasting coffee. We roast our coffee with a medium (full-city) roast that retains the unique flavors of Kona Coffee.
