Thanks to Bushel & Peck for highlighting us! We appreciate the continued support!
Hey Charles Town! In case you missed our August newsletter, we wanted to give one more shoutout to this month's vendor of the month: Tudor Hall Produce!
Tudor Hall Produce of Kearneysville is a longtime vendor of B&P. We greatly appreciate the reliable source of produce, eggs, and whole chickens, grown and raised by farmer Andrew Upwright.
Andrew is involved with the local FFA (Future Farmers of America), a middle and high school program that offers students experiences in the business, technology, and science of agriculture.

Here's the final interview question with Andrew.
Tell us about your involvement with Future Farmers of America:
I wouldn’t be as successful as I am without the support of local FFA students. Over the last few years. I’ve been able to support over 10 students in Jefferson County expand on their knowledge of farming and give them real life farm experience. In exchange, they’ve been able to help me grow my business.
I’m a lifelong resident of Jefferson County and some of my fondest moments from school were participating in the FFA program. With help from Mrs. Grantham at Washington High School, I’ve been able to work with some amazing kids in the county. We’ve all been able to help each other out and achieve common goals.
One of the original Tudor Hall Produce interns is now the agriculture teacher at Jefferson High School and still comes back to help out in his spare time. It’s a challenging but also rewarding career. I hope I can help even just one student make the decision to pursue a career in agriculture.
