Marlee's babies are growing very nicely. Marlee is an excellent mother and very attentive to her babies. All 3 are long, tall, and built correct. Very impressed with this breeding pair with our J&M Hideaway junior buck, Vatican 🥰

Well, there goes the tractor and the mower/cutter to lay down our spring cut of hay. It's a time each year that everything else stops and the hay takes priority. The weather is watched (closely), the equipment is prepped and prayed over, and the days are long and hot.
But, we love it and it is part of what makes our farm thrive and also feeds our animals. Although it is a busy time for us, we find joy in the labor of love that is the heartbeat of our farm's prosperity. We are grateful for the harvest that is used to feed our goats, cows, and horses throughout each year. Stewarding our own land gives us the the satisfaction of knowing the nutrients that our animals receive each year. We have planted the seed, tended to the land, and now reaping the bountiful harvest! Here is to spring hay season 2026, the girls will be excited to see the new loads coming in the barn!

We had a very special visitor come see and play with the goats this afternoon. Miss Annie was an absolute joy and loved seeing all the farm animals. She got to see the goats, horses, our kitties, and even throw ball with Cooper!
Thank you, Mikaela for bringing her out and you all are welcome anytime! I think Annie had a great time, so much so, she thought about staying. 🤷‍♀️😉😂

Marlee finished off our kidding season and did it grand finale style! 🎉🎊🎁

Marlee kidded last night with triplets.
2 doelings and 1 buckling! 🩷🩷🩵
Marlee is a fantastic Mother and all 3 babies presented normally with a textbook delivery. Momma and babies are doing amazing this morning.
Marlee was bred to our J&M Hideaway Junior buck, *B J&M Hideaway Max Vatican.
I will update availability of these sweet babies once the waiting list reservations have been notified.

V16 - Red doeling - white splash on side, black trim on legs
V17 - Brown doeling - patch and splashes both sides, white and black legs.
V18 - Very flashy black & white buckling with tan trim.

We are almost officially finished with our 2026 Spring Kidding Season. One doe left to freshen!

Marlee Layne is due on May 10th and she is absolutely stunning. She only has a few weeks left and she is doing amazing!

Marlee is bred to our Junior Herdsire, J&M Hideaway *B Max Vatican. Vatican has already sired some amazing kids for us this season and we cannot wait to see what this pairing produces. 🤗
