Our next senior doe in our Friday Feature is our beautiful homebred doe, Sable.

FEATURING: A&A Rolling Acres Sable Lynn

Sable is a splendid big bodied doe. She was chosen as keeper doe from our 2024 kidding season, and I am so glad that we did. Sable freshened this past spring (2026) as a FF with buck/doe twins and did an amazing job. She was a natural on the milk stand giving us 3/4 of a gallon at her peak. We expect her to only improve further this season.
Sable has so many eye-catching characteristics that are noticed right away. She has a nice long body, and she has great long legs that makes her a standout in the herd.

D: Old School Farm Luna Mae
DD: Slate Woods Everlasting Angel
DS: Risin’ Creek Katastrophic

S: Spring Hollows Ace of Spades
SD: Ozark Jewels Athena
SS: Veteran's Zuko

Sable shows all the traits from her parents with her build and her sweet personality. Sable also exemplifies dairy strength all throughout.

Sable has been bred to Tango for late February kids. Once she is confirmed, her waiting list will be available.

We have another confirmation! 🎉🎊
Our homebred Trinity is confirmed pregnant to our handsome Foxwood buck, Maverick.

Trinity is proudly homebred on the farm, and the only doeling that we retained from our 2025 kidding season. She is built strong and is already showing the dairy characteristics from her parents. She is tall, long, and is showing the depth of her underbelly and barrel. She has a wonderful head with a beautiful face. We are so impressed with her already and cannot wait to see what she gives us this spring as a FF.

S: Ramsey King TuTank "Tank"
SD: Ramsey Bliss
SS: Ramsey Ju Tetonka

Trinity has all the great body structure she received from her parents, and we are looking forward to the udder and milk production she will bring also.

Our handsome Maverick is a standout in the barn. He is one of the two Herdsires that we are honored to have added to our breeding program in the summer of 2025. He was used heavily during breeding season last year with the goal of improved udder development in his offspring. He did just that along with adding the bone structure and overall muscular stature to his kids.
Maverick brings along with him all the traits that are so well known in the Foxwood Nubians. He is built very strong and has nice rear height and his beautiful gray roan coloring is an added bonus. Maverick has so many high milk producers in his lineage with outstanding udder attachments to boot. Maverick brings the looks along with excellent dairy strength in his lineage.

We are very excited to announce the pregnancy for our beautiful Kaia confirmed bred to Maverick. This breeding has been anticipated due to the line breeding on Foxwood Top Gun Loverboy, the son of Cherokee Rose Chew's Top Gun, sired by SGCH ++*B Alize Charleston Chew EX92 EEE.

Kaia is very personable and so curious to every movement and sound in the barn, not easily startled or afraid of anything. She is very independent and already a leader to all of the younger does. We are excited to see what Kaia will bring to our breeding program this coming spring as she freshens for the first time.
I saw Kaia’s Dam, Kailia in the ring at the 2024 ADGA National Show. I fell in love with her poise and body structure as she circled the showring with confidence. Once I saw who Kailia would be bred to, I knew I had to have a doeling from that pairing. Kaia is very correct with beautiful long legs that contribute to her height. We are anticipating a beautiful udder from her.

This week our Friday Feature is the one and only, Cali Lillie.

FEATURING: Quail's Bluff PR Cali Lillie

Cali is one of our best milk producers in our herd. Cali freshened this spring with buck/doe twins and she peaked at a full gallon while nursing twins. We are excited for what she continues to add to the herd.

Cali is a beautiful tri color doe with a nice topline and an elegant long neck. Cali has nice long legs and strong pasterns. She freshened with 2D/1B triplets as a FF in the spring of 2025, and this past spring (2026) with buck/doe twins. She is a wonderful and attentive mother, always making sure her kids are near. She did amazing on the milk stand and we are very pleased with her udder and attachments. We are excited for her as she continues to contribute great things to the herd.
Cali had a very nice udder as a FF, with uniform hand milking teats. Her udder continued to improve even further during this past kidding season. Cali gains her strength from her line of proven champions.

Our 6th pregnancy confirmation is our gorgeous homebred Shae and Vatican. 🎉 Kids from this pairing are expected mid Februrary. We are very excited about this pairing due to the height and body strengths from both parents.
Shae is built correct with a nice udder and is very easy on the eyes with her size and coloring.
Vatican brings many strengths, along with the milk production in his lineage.

#5 is our beautiful Mocha, paired with our Vatican. Babies will arrive mid Februrary and we are anticipating great things. Mocha will be a FF this spring and brings in the Pruitville lines that I have wanted to incorporate to the herd for a while.

A part of A&A that we don't post often is our herd of Black Angus cattle. Last night we welcomed the first of our fall babies. 🐃🐮 Born yesterday around 7pm, and then tagged and banded this morning. Ella is a first time Momma and did amazing delivering her sweet boy, whom we have named Eli. The other ladies had to come and welcome him also! It takes a village!
We have 2 more due in the next few days and then the rest will have theirs in the spring. Welcome to the world and the farm, Eli - it's a pretty awesome place to grow up! 🥰🤗

One of these is NOT like the others!
We had complete defiance and disobedience in the herd today! 🤨🙄

Rebel #1 - Marlee Layne thought it would be smart to not allow her freshly trimmed hooves to touch the ground and decided the ground must be lava. 🤭 She is 160 # and standing in the feed troughs of the milking stands. Why? It doesn't get her any closer to anything.

Rebel #2 - Cali Lillie. She obviously thought that the hay bin is as comfy as a brand new plush mattress. She was not phased by my mother voice telling her to get out! Peep the cute" you can't make me" smirk! I will fix that, Missy!

Never a dull moment! 🤣 Get goats - they are loads of FUN! 😂🤣💸
