Nicholas Kennedy is a 21 year old who best describes himself as an artist. Priding himself on arts such a
s cooking, music, and visual arts, Nik was introduced to the art of brewing by his brewing partner Zach Pearson in 2012 and from there began to draw inspiration from other artistic sources into brewing. Originally from Nashua NH, Nik came to live in Keene after a short time of studying at Keene State College and has recently become part of the towns community as a framer at Michaels and cook at Pizza Hut. He aspires to eventually use craft brewing at a vehicle to build a community around the art of quality beer that could one day expand across the northeast region. Zach Pearson is a 24 year old KSC graduate who majored in not knowing what the hell he wanted to major in. College wasn't a total wash however, for without KSC he may never have started brewing beer or met Nik Kennedy his brewing partner and flavor extraordinaire. He also might have never met his wife Kelly who not only tolerates but supports his many hobbies and ridiculous career aspirations. Zach is a manager at Pizza Hut and recently became a part time employee of Brewtopia where he hopes to further increase his knowledge of craft beer while meeting and learning from like minded brewers in the Monadnock region.
