For those of you wondering what is the difference between a silkie and a sizzle, silkies are fluffy and sizzles have a gene that either .makes them SUPER fluffy OR crazy plumage. First group sizzles, second group silkies. 🩷

Silkies and Sizzles $5 a chick
They CANNOT be sexed, so you may end up with roosters.
We holed on to them for a week and a half to determine which have the sizzle gene and make sure they are very healthy! We will be co tasting those have ordered already and filling those orders first 🩷

Our hatching season will start soon! The orders are already coming in! So eggsited 😉! Our prices will remain the same this year, $5. A chick. A few things to remember before you buy chicks.
* make sure they have a heated area that stays 90 degrees to start and slowly decrease heat in the following weeks
*make sure you have chick feed, these little guys may need you to crush it up a little more
* silkies and sizzle cannot be sexed, so you may end up with roosters, that's why I prefer you pick them out 😀

We noticed we have some past customers that are hatching and selling some of their own chicks this year. That's great, just please do your research on the frizzle gene. Sizzles should NOT be bred with another sizzle. This will cause a mutation in the sizzle gene. It took us YEARS and a lot of money to finally bring sizzles to the area. Happy Hatching! 🐣🐣
