In 2022 we started Cornucopia Gourmet Mushrooms with 3 major goals in mind.

Our 1st goal was to provide delicious gourmet mushrooms to-Fresh Markets, Restaurants, and local Farmers Markets.

Our 2nd goal was to create an online presence and launch our own website for at-home mushroom grow kits.

Our 3rd goal is to recycle our waste into high quality market ready compost.

This year we made a move to a new facility, focusing on major improvements in our processes. This move provided us with more attention to the business and allowed us to move forward with our goals. We are proud to announce our much-anticipated website for grow kits. Currently we are offering 3 kit varieties on our newly launched site, www.cgmushrooms.com, additional items will be added in the near future. We Thank You for your continued support in our journey! The shop will be open today Monday 8/18 1-6 and also Tuesday same hours. We have plenty of fresh picked Oyster mushroom varieties and Lion's Mane cut on request.
