You asked….we’ve answered!

BRISKET is on the menu this Friday Ausable Brewing Company.

We will be adding two fun additions to our usual chicken and rib menu this Friday.

Our smoked brisket in a Texas mop sauce

And…

A fresh corn and tomato summer salad constructed from Rulfs Orchard famous sweet corn mixed with a combination of heirloom and mixed cherry tomatoes from North Point Community Farm.

We’ve been waiting for days like this.

What a day for BBQ!!

We are bringing a TON of food to Ausable Brewing Company this evening….no sell out in sight!

Also.. we have Pulled Pork today too

Slow smoked pork butts went into the smoker at 5am and are going pair with out chicken and ribs tonight.

Available as sliders, over Mac and Cheese, or simply as the protein in our entree.

(Pulled pork may sell out, but we have chicken and ribs for daysss)
