Goodbyes are never easy, especially when it’s someone who has become family. With only 2 weeks left, it is starting to sink in just how much we are going to miss her.

Irene joined our team 15 months ago when we were going through a very uncertain period. It was incredible to see how such a young person took ownership of the role within weeks and contributed above and beyond our expectations. She gave us a breathing space at the time and has remained our biggest support ever since.

It’s hard to put into words how much Irene has meant to Spring to Health; from keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly, to creating new tea bar recipes and surprising us with her homemade herbal goodies, she has poured so much love into this place. Through busy days, stressful moments, and everything in between, she has always stepped in wherever she was needed. She’s made deliveries, helped solve problems, and been a huge part of keeping us going.

She has built so many genuine connections with our customers and helped them with her herbalism knowledge. we know many of you will miss seeing her as much as we will.

If you get a chance, stop by over the next couple of weeks (Fridays, Saturday ,Sunday) to say goodbye and share a kind word with her.

Irene, you’ll always be part of the STH family. Thank you for all the love, hard work, laughter, and care you’ve given to this place and us. We are going to miss you more than you know, and we’re so grateful that our paths crossed. Wishing you nothing but the very best in this next chapter.
