📖 STORYTIME: The Secret Behind Our Signature Sweet Potato Cheesecake🍠✨

For us, growing up, home was Tulsa, Oklahoma. And home tastes exactly like Grandma Rubye’s Sweet Potato Pie. 🥧

Grandma Rubye was legendary for her pies. In our family, we always said that a perfect holiday required only two main ingredients: family & friends gathered together, and Grandma Rubye’s Sweet Potato Pie on the table.

When we started Cole’s Custom Cheesecakes, we knew we had to bring that piece of our heart with us. That exact, time-tested family pie recipe is infused into the DNA of our Sweet Potato Cheesecake (just look at those perfect layers! 😍).

Let’s talk about our newest addition: Bourbon Apple Pie Cheesecake. 😍

We start with a signature Biscoff and graham cracker crust, pour in our ultra-creamy vanilla cheesecake, and layer it with real apples seared in Kentucky bourbon. Finish it off with a mountain of cinnamon streusel, whipped cream, and a luscious caramel drizzle, and you have perfection on a plate.
