have added an awesome butcher shop where they sell Texas raised beef as well as an assortment of goods from local small businesses!

Go check them out, have some barbecue, grab some wagyu steaks, and restock your hot sauce!

We have an amazing lineup of Limited Edition sauces coming in hot for 2026! Usually the flavor remains a secret until a few days before release, but we want to know if you like that surprise, or if you would like to see the flavors ahead of time so you have something to look forward to.

New for 2026, ONLINE ORDERING!

We are still working out the kinks, but we are happy to announce online ordering with local delivery to the DFW area!

How it works:
- You have to be in the DFW area
- Minimum order is $25
- Place the order by midnight Saturday
- All orders will be delivered at the end of the week on Sunday

We will still be available for sales and sampling at local farmers markets, and we LOVE to see you and talk with you about our products, but if you miss us or can't make it out, you can still get your favorite sauces delivered to your door.

New Banner! Thanks to .achievements for their beautiful work. When you have the chance to expand a business you get the opportunity to UPGRADE! Everything we have been able to accomplish is thanks to our wonderful customers. Supporting small business makes a real difference in our community!

We have some really fun events around town the next 2 months, and some really special sauce flavors too!

September 20th is Family Fun Farm Day with a petting zoo and pony rides and other fun activities.

October 18th is the North Texas Hot Sauce Festival featuring over 40 TEXAS Hot sauce companies, a pepper eating contest, and some tasty food trucks.

Also our usual farmers markets every 1st and 3rd weekend!

Hatch season is BACK and just like last year we bring you one of our favorite seasonal sauces! A fairly mild green sauce made with flame roasted hatch chiles, this one is a crowd pleaser. Come pick up a bottle for your next dinner party or football night or taco Tuesday!
