It’s this ewes second time on the halter and Butters first time walking a sheep. I guess when you can drag bulls and steers around a little ol sheep ain’t too hard. We may have a sheep showman on our hands!

The South Central Highland Cattle Association (SCHCA) is looking for a volunteer from within our membership to help grow and manage our social media presence.

Our association is doing some great things—from our annual Route 66 Highland Classic and Fall Gathering to educational opportunities, member spotlights, and promoting Highland cattle across our region. We want to do a better job of sharing those stories and keeping our members informed and engaged.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys social media and would be willing to help:
• Share upcoming events and deadlines
• Highlight member farms and their cattle
• Post association news and announcements
• Help attract new members to SCHCA
• Showcase everything that makes our organization special

You don’t have to be a marketing professional—just someone who enjoys creating content, has a passion for Highland cattle, and wants to help our association continue to grow.

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in SCHCA by improving communication, increasing member engagement, and helping introduce more people to our incredible breed and community.
