🌲 WE GOT THE KEYS. DAY 1 STARTS NOW.

My name is Billy. This is my fiancée Lauren. Together we're raising a blended family of 7 kids who are about to learn what it really means to build something from nothing.

Today we picked up the keys to 14 acres in SW Washington — and we're not just moving in. We're starting over.

This property is raw. The home is a 1995 manufactured house that needs everything. The land needs to be cleared, planted, and worked. And we wouldn't have it any other way.

Here's what we're building:

I'm a carpenter, welder, metal fabricator, and 3D printing nerd. Lauren owns a fitness studio. Between the two of us — we don't outsource much.
