We loved the way our friends at described Subarashii Kudamono Asian Pear Vinegar.

The view from the orchard is getting more impressive by the day.

Our EliSan Asian Pears are already about the size of a baseball, while some fruit across the orchard has tipped the scales at more than a pound. And they’re still on the trees, ripening toward the crisp, juicy sweetness of harvest.

What gives the AsaJu Asian Pear its beautiful champagne-colored skin?

It starts right on the tree. Each AsaJu is specially grown in a paper bag, helping protect the fruit as it matures and encouraging its remarkably smooth, blemish-free finish.

The result is a pear as distinctive in appearance as it is in character. AsaJu is incredibly juicy and crunchy with notes of Ch*****ne, honeydew melon, and plum.
