Hassan Zanzoul, originally from Rabat, Morocco, started his culinary career in Sicily, Italy where he learned to perfect dishes with authentic Mediterranean flavors. After moving to the USA he worked in New York while studying and graduating with a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary Center, NY. From 2008 - 2013 Hassan owned a small intimate restaurant, 'Novita Bistro' in Philadelphia before moving to central Jersey.
