Raw Milk Doesn’t Rot… It Transforms.
Have you heard this, or is it new to you?
If you forget a gallon of pasteurized milk in the fridge, you know exactly what you’ll find in a week…
🦠 Spoiled & stinky….
But raw milk? It doesn’t rot.
It ferments, and not in a week, but in weeks.
➡️ The cream sours
➡️ The curds form
➡️ The whey expands
And instead of throwing it out — we use it (and intentionally create it).
For biscuits. For clabber. For cheese. For starter cultures.
That’s the beauty of living food. It evolves and it feeds your gut. Not just fills it…but feeds it!
Raw milk, when handled properly, doesn’t go “bad.”
It goes back to the soil… or back into the kitchen.
It becomes something new.
And that, friend, is the kind of food that honors your body and the earth. Yummo!
