Our Eggplant Caponata Ravioli is made with organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy, roasted local eggplant, and capers sautéed in agrodolce sauce. It goes beautifully with burst cherry tomatoes and olive oil.

We take our corn ravioli SO seriously. Chef picks up the corn from some of his favorite NJ farms and hand-shucks it himself to make sure you are all getting nothing but the best. Have you had our corn ravioli yet this summer? 🌽

Guanciale is one of those ingredients that can make or break a dish. Getting the good stuff matters! Its high-fat and curing content make Guanciale very different from pancetta or bacon, both of which come from pork belly.
