Just restocked Smoked Kielbasa and Smoked Sweet Pepper and Onion Sausage at Sunday’s Farm. We'll be fully restocking next week. If anyone wants to try the best center cut, bone in Mangalitsa chops they'll ever have in their life there's still one pack left at Sunday’s Farm. More to come next week.

It's made from the pig's belly or jowl, cured with salt and other seasonings, and then smoked, resulting in a tender, flavorful product that's best cooked until the meat is done but the fat is still soft, not necessarily crispy.

Mangalitsa picnic roast. Salt and pepper all sides and place in the crockpot on low for 8 to 10 hours. It just fell apart and super juicy. No stock was added to the pot. That’s all the buttery fat of the Mangalitsa rendered out.
