Oh French macarons... finicky little divas with VERY specific demands. 💜 Humidity? Problem. Oven temp? Problem. Existing? Also somehow a problem. 😂

I've been making these for years, and I still laugh when I see videos saying “fold exactly 35 times” or “rest for exactly 30 minutes.” That’s not how macarons work! There’s no magic number or set time - it’s all about knowing what the batter should look and feel like. Macarons are all technique, practice, patience… and maybe just a tiny bit of luck 😅
