Here's why Oregon Pinot is often thought to follow the Burgundy style—absolutely not! It has its own style, its own unique character!
It's not as mineral-driven, not as fruity as California’s, and certainly not as sharp and acidic as New Zealand's. It’s simply its own! And I’ve learned how to recognize it!

Today’s bottle is an absolute showstopper. It begins with a swirl of raspberry jam, spiced to perfection, followed by figs, cocoa, and a hint of warm vanilla... and then... boom! Fresh cranberry juice, or perhaps even wild cherry, bursts in to refresh everything! How could anyone not moan in pleasure?

For Thanksgiving w**e, forget all the pairing nonsense. Turkey goes with every w**e—seriously, it’s like the world’s easiest date.
Here’s the deal: you’re going to eat too much, pass out on the couch, and need a w**e that won’t knock you out earlier. So skip the heavy, boozy Napa Cabs and buttery Chards.
Go light, crisp, and refreshing and moderate alcohol. This way, you might actually stay awake long enough to enjoy dessert... and maybe even make it to the leftovers. Cheers to that!
